It offers a 5-order-of-magnitude dynamic range and uses blue (~460 nm) and red (~635 nm) LEDs with dedicated excitation and emission filters for precise measurements. Detection is handled by photodiodes spanning 300–1000 nm, with 2- or 3-point calibration for reliable quantitation.
